Integrity first
We are honest about what AI software can and cannot do. We never oversell capabilities, and we flag risks early. Our clients trust us because we treat their data and their reputation with the same care we would our own.
Integrity AI Design began in 2018 when three colleagues — a machine-learning researcher, a software architect and a business strategist — recognised a persistent gap in the market. Organisations across Northern Ireland and the wider United Kingdom were eager to adopt AI software, yet most vendors offered opaque black-box models with little regard for explainability, fairness or long-term maintainability. We set out to change that.
Our first engagement was a fraud-detection system for a Belfast-based fintech company. The project proved that rigorous, transparent AI software could outperform hastily assembled alternatives while satisfying regulatory scrutiny. Word spread, and within eighteen months we had expanded to serve clients in healthcare, logistics, manufacturing and the public sector.
Today, operating from our base at United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Nether Pollich, TX4 1WJ, 449 Church Avenue, we are a team of twenty-six engineers, data scientists, designers and project managers united by a shared passion: building AI software that earns the trust of the people it serves. We have delivered over 130 production-grade models and maintain long-term partnerships with clients who value quality over quick fixes.
Our growth has been organic and intentional. We have never taken venture capital, preferring to reinvest revenue into research, training and community initiatives. That independence means our advice is always aligned with our clients' interests — never with an investor's exit timeline.
Our mission is to make advanced AI software accessible, ethical and genuinely useful for organisations of every size. These five values guide every decision we make.
We are honest about what AI software can and cannot do. We never oversell capabilities, and we flag risks early. Our clients trust us because we treat their data and their reputation with the same care we would our own.
Every model we build comes with documentation that explains how it reaches its conclusions. We provide explainability dashboards, bias audits and clear performance metrics so stakeholders can make informed decisions about AI software in their organisations.
We embed within our clients' teams rather than working in isolation. Knowledge transfer is a core deliverable — we want your people to understand, maintain and extend the AI software we build together long after the engagement ends.
We define success in business terms — cost savings, revenue growth, time recovered, risk reduced. Every AI software project begins with quantifiable objectives and ends with a clear report showing whether those targets were met.
We stay at the frontier of AI research, but we never deploy untested techniques in production. Our innovation pipeline includes thorough testing, ethical review and staged rollouts to ensure new capabilities are safe, fair and robust before they touch real users.
Our senior leaders bring decades of combined experience in machine learning, software engineering, product strategy and organisational change.
